Dorian Heights Maple Products is located less than 1 kilometer from Sylvania Lodge and is overseen by patriarch Andrew Gemmill, who this year received honors from the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers of Ontario for his 81 years of maple syrup production.
At the height of the maple syrup season in early spring, Dorian Heights is a must visit. Their prize winning maple is also a staple at Dalhousie Lake Restaurant where syrup and other fine Dorian Heights products can be purchased.
